We will only serve client/s by their scheduled time and that we will not take client/s when 10minutes late, unless we are able to. When late, it is either to wait or reschedule.
It is just fair for the person on time to be served first than the late client/s. We refuse to
do the service if your hair is not ready for hair removal or we feel we can not do such request.

Our clients are MOSTLY from WORD OF MOUTH. As an appreciation, we are giving $10.00 off each time, to clients who refer their friend/s to us. Please tell your friend/s to mention your name when she/he comes. A card will be given to her/him for your discount.
We are extremely busy with our waxing services and that we can only take so many client/s at a time. It is beyond our control when clients are running late or when the waxing procedure takes longer than expected; thus, our time may sometime extend pass scheduled appointments.
Our place is not a spa but a treatment area and we are totally a separate entity from Last Tangle Salon. 99% of our services is brazilian/bikini hair removal. Our technicians are all LICENSED; If for any reason we do not meet your expectations, let us know and we are more than willing to help you. Otherwise, we greatly apologize and would suggest for you to find another place. We are not perfect and we can not please everybody. Maria takes complaints ONLY from our Calling Center at 202-470-3220 and not from Last Tangle salon's front desk; or you can chat with us online on the complaints section.
We work with conscience and prioritize client/s safety, meeting the best sanitation there is. We change tweezer, scissors and eyebrow brushes each time for every client. We sanitize tools overnight in the sanitizer liquid and put them in the the ultra violet rays cabinet before each use. We use separate waxes for brazilian/bikini; body and face.
We do not double dip sticks and we wear gloves and face mask in all our services (body and face). However, please let us know IMMEDIATELY if your technician did not follow proper sanitation as described here.
Maria makes sure that we work for clients' best interest and protection.

From April 1, 2007 to JULY 14, 2010, we have 4,942 clients that have registered and booked online. We would like to thank everybody for the trust. Due to demands from our clients, we are now open on SUNDAYS.
Maria and Leslie will be working Sundays.
